Sick Sense of Satisfaction
Lots of things make me happy and give me that "sick sense of satisfaction".

Today while going somewhere I didn't want to go with people I didn't want to be with I realized that I was completely and utterly not happy.
If you shed tears and no one notices, did you cry at all?
